Major Legal Victory in Qatar | QAR 35 Million Compensation Secured
Saqaan & Partners – Advocates & Legal Consultants successfully represented a major Qatari company in a dispute with the State concerning compensation arising from expropriation for public purposes.
The case was led by Mr. Mohamed Sameh Elsaqaan, Managing Partner, who oversaw the litigation throughout its various stages, from the initial proceedings through appeal and cassation.
The proceedings resulted in a court judgment awarding the client compensation of QAR 35 million, which was subsequently upheld by the Courts of Appeal and Cassation.
