Professional Cooperation Agreement Signed Between Saqaan & Partners and Abdulaziz Al-Sarour Law Firm – Doha

Saqaan & Partners – Advocates & Legal Consultants has entered into a professional cooperation agreement with Abdulaziz Al-Sarour Law Firm, based in Doha, Qatar, establishing a coordinated framework for handling legal matters requiring support and representation in both Egypt and Qatar.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Mohamed Sameh Elsaqaan, Founder & Managing Partner of Saqaan & Partners, and Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Sarour, Founder & Managing Partner of Abdulaziz Al-Sarour Law Firm.

The cooperation is intended to facilitate the provision of coordinated legal services in both jurisdictions, including legal advisory, contract drafting and review, support for commercial and investment transactions, and representation in legal settlements and litigation, together with the follow-up of related procedures in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of each jurisdiction.

Both firms welcomed the conclusion of the agreement and emphasized the importance of professional cooperation in enhancing the quality and continuity of legal services and facilitating the structured and efficient handling of cross-border legal matters.

The agreement marks a step toward developing a regional professional network capable of supporting multi-jurisdictional matters and transactions, while establishing a clear channel of coordination between the two firms in support of their clients’ legal and commercial interests in Egypt and Qatar.
