Legal Achievement | Acquittal in a Foreign Currency Trading Case

Saqaan & Partners – Advocates & Legal Consultants successfully secured an acquittal for its client in a criminal case involving allegations of foreign currency trading.

The defense was built upon a comprehensive review of the case file and a detailed legal analysis of the elements of the alleged offense, the evidentiary basis of the charge, and its applicable legal framework.
