Saqaan & Partners – Advocates and Legal Consultants successfully represented a major Qatari company in a dispute with the State concerning compensation for expropriation for public purposes. The case was led by our Managing Partner, Mohamed Sameh Elsaqaan, who oversaw all stages of the litigation, from the initial proceedings to the appeal and cassation.

The dispute resulted in a court ruling in favor of our client, awarding compensation of QAR 35 million, which was subsequently upheld by the Courts of Appeal and Cassation, confirming the strength of the legal position adopted by our firm.
